During your initial consultation, Dr. Saad will assess your smile and discuss your goals. She will take digital impressions of your teeth using an iTero scanner, which creates a precise 3D model of your smile. This model is used to create your custom treatment plan.
Based on your treatment plan, a series of custom Invisalign aligners will be fabricated just for you. When your aligners arrive, you’ll return to our office for polishing between select teeth to create space if needed, and for placing Invisalign attachments—small, tooth-colored bumps that help your aligners achieve faster, more precise movements. You’ll wear each set of aligners 22 hours a day for 7 days before progressing to the next set. As you advance through the series, your teeth will gradually shift into their desired positions.
Throughout your treatment, Dr. Saad will monitor your progress remotely with Invisalign Virtual Care and ensure your smile is on track. Once you’ve completed your Invisalign journey, you’ll return to LALUME where Dr. Saad will perform a final evaluation and any necessary smile shaping to refine worn edges and restore symmetry. You’ll also get to discuss any additional cosmetic needs or desires you may have. Once your smile is where you want it, we’ll take a final scan for your retainers so you can maintain your stunning new smile for years to come.
